Synthetic Golf Offers Innovative Putting Green Material

Polypropylene/Polyurethane Combination Offers Improved Durability and Performance

Synthetic Golf Canada Inc. now offers a polypropylene/polyurethane combination material for its synthetic turf.

The improved durability of this hybrid is further enhanced with a UV-protective coating, which offers years of long-lasting, weather-resistant toughness. Despite this toughness, the softness of this innovative hybrid promises a realistic surface that provides true ball roll and holding characteristics of real grass green, all without the maintenance that real grass requires.

"The association has seen an increased demand for landscaping by new-home builders," said Gopal Ahluwali, Vice President of Research for the National Association of Home Builders. "We expect to see more putting greens emerge behind homes simply because homeowners are doing so many more things in their yards than ever before."

Once installed, artificial putting greens need no watering, mowing, or fertilizing. Additionally, the fiber density of Synthetic Golf's new polypropylene and polyethylene blend hold infill material securely in place, which means that reapplications of infill are rarely, if ever, needed.

"Synthetic putting greens are the future for cost efficient and consistent golf greens," said Cory Lanterman, President of Synthetic Golf Canada Inc. "Artificial putting greens are virtually maintenance free, add to a home's value, and offer golfers or golf courses unrivaled convenience."

Synthetic Golf putting greens can be installed by distributors or professional landscape contractors, or can be purchased as a self-installation kit. Synthetic Golf Canada Inc. is trying to keep the cost down making to make our turf the most affordable on the market. We will be expanding our inventory and product lines to provide all your golf needs.
