 | Easy to install for novice or professional |
|
| It is a fact that almost anyone can design and install a
synthetic golf green. Basic landscaping skills and a good idea is all
you need. For a full installation, our installation crews are able to
service most of Canada and the northern U.S. |
| |
 | Combination of fibers and proper filling materials are key to a
high quality synthetic golf green. |
|
|
We do not market astro carpet. What we have is a
specially designed landscape polypropylene filling turf. The filling
is a coal slag mineral which has special properties. It does not get
hard like sand when it is wet but gets spongy like a real grass green would.
The intertwining ability of the slag particles and the fiber will prevent
infill erosion. Sand tends to get hard over time and will wash away. |
| |
 | Natural grass greens are more work than play. |
|
|
Ask any golf course maintenance staff how much work is
involved in green care. There is fertilizing, mowing daily, watering
daily, plus pesticide and herbicide applications. One wrong move or a
little bad luck and your grass can die. Not to mention having to move
the hole weekly to prevent damage around the holes. |
| |
 | Ultraviolet treated |
|
| The Ultra violet treatment will prevent premature fading by
the sun for longer life. The material will look green and vibrant just
like a well groomed healthy lawn. |
| |
 | All materials for landscaping project are local |
|
|
We will help you locate all the materials needed for your
synthetic golf green project (gravel, coal slag, landscape fabric and
equipment) whether we install it or you do it yourself. |
| |
 | Very durable product |
|
|
The synthetic golf polypropylene turf is used in golf
courses. They can handle the traffic and weather conditions to all
extremes. The turf is also designed to hold shots from 150 yards.
The balls will roll true on the greens. You can design your custom
breaks and control the green speeds. The more fill the faster the
green rolls. |
| |
 | Increases the golf season in many locations |
|
|
Where frost and snow is a concern in the fall and spring
many golf courses need to keep traffic off of the putting green or the grass
will die. This means closing the course. |
